變頻器軟故障的發(fā)生情況非常多，這也是普通存在于各類變頻器運行過程中的故障之一。那么我們?nèi)绾蝸頊p少變頻器軟故障的發(fā)生呢?這是所有變頻器廠家和用戶都十分關(guān)心的問題。下面將具體介紹。
減少變頻器軟故障的方法有：1、檢測變頻器過壓、欠壓;2、檢測過流是變頻報警*為頻繁的現(xiàn)象。

通常，過電壓報警一般是出現(xiàn)在停機的時候，其主要原因是減速時間太短或制動電阻及制動單元有問題。欠壓也是我們在使用中經(jīng)常碰到的問題。主要是因為主回路電壓太低(220V系列低于200V，380V系列低于400V)，主要原因：整流橋某一路損壞或可控硅三路中有工作不正常的都有可能導(dǎo)致欠壓故障的出現(xiàn)，其次主回路接觸器損壞，導(dǎo)致直流母線電壓損耗在充電電阻上面有可能導(dǎo)致欠壓.還有就是電壓檢測電路發(fā)生故障而出現(xiàn)欠壓問題。
過流現(xiàn)象主要表現(xiàn)如下：
(1)重新啟動時，一升速就跳閘。這是過電流十分嚴重的現(xiàn)象。主要原因有：負載短路，機械部位有卡住;逆變模塊損壞;電動機的轉(zhuǎn)矩過小等現(xiàn)象引起。
(2)上電就跳，這種現(xiàn)象一般不能復(fù)位，主要原因有：模塊壞、驅(qū)動電路壞、電流檢測電路壞。
(3)重新啟動時并不立即跳閘而是在加速時，主要原因有：加速時間設(shè)置太短、電流上限設(shè)置太小、轉(zhuǎn)矩補償(V/F)設(shè)定較高。
